Change or Reschedule for Any Reason

The Redeem Vacations Hotel Protection Plan helps protect you against life’s unexpected occurrences. Your protection allows you to change hotels or reschedule your trip for any reason one (1) time prior to the scheduled start time* of your trip without being charged any change or cancellation fees which will be made available as a credit for future travel.**

Note: The plan is valid once the plan is paid in full.

Rescheduling/Credit

When you purchase Redeem Vacations Hotel Protection Plan you will be asked to print your travel receipt. Please keep your receipt handy as a reference. You will also be able to access your information from the receipt in your online itinerary once your booking is confirmed. The Redeem Vacations Protection Plan is valid for redemption only by the person(s) named on the receipt. The plan is not transferable, has no cash value, and may be redeemed only once. Once the Hotel Protection Plan has been utilized it cannot be reused. The Redeem Vacations Protection Plan must be purchased upon activation or at the time of booking; it cannot be purchased after booking.

Terms & Conditions

The Redeem Vacations Protection Plan is valid for redemption only by the person(s) named on the receipt. It is not transferable, has no cash value, and may be redeemed only once. Once the Hotel Protection Plan has been utilized it cannot be reused. The Redeem Vacations Protection Plan must be purchased upon activation or at the time of booking; it cannot be purchased after booking. The redemption excludes the price of the Redeem Vacations Protection Plan.

If you change or cancel your trip for ANY REASON prior to the scheduled start time* of your trip, all package cancellation fees imposed by the Booking Agent will be waived unless defined within the defined hotel penalty period.

Description of Coverage

Part A. Travel Arrangement Protection

Trip Cancellation and Trip Interruption Benefits Pre-Departure Trip Cancellation

We will issue a Pre-Departure Trip Cancellation Benefit, up to the amount in credit for the Schedule for non-refundable cancellation charges imposed by Redeem Vacations due to you or immediate family member’s Sickness, Injury or Death or Other Covered Events as defined, that occur(s) before departure on your Covered Vacation. The Sickness or Injury must:

a) commence while your coverage is in effect under the plan;

b) require the examination and treatment by a Physician at the time the Covered Vacation is canceled; and

c) in the written opinion of the treating Physician, be so disabling as to prevent you from taking your Covered Vacation.

Trip Delay must be caused by or result from:

1. Air Common Carrier delay;
2. Flight Cancelled due to weather
3. Sickness / Physicians Note

Part B. Rescheduling / Cancellation Store Credit

a) You may use your Redeem Vacations store credit to transfer to other Redeem Vacations packages
